A Taste of University Village

May 18 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm EDT

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting an event on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at UNIVERSITY VILLAGE SHOPS located at 19800 Village Center Drive (just north of the Miromar Outlets on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway).

“A Taste of University Village” will include multiple Lee County Sheriff’s Office assets…Robbie the robot dog, armored SWAT vehicle, Bomb Squad Unit and robot, Animal Cruelty Task Force, Marine Unit trailer…much more.

Lee County Domestic Animal Services will be on hand with adoptable dogs and much more!

Please bring animal shelter supplies for donation…dog and cat toys, leaning supplies, pet beds, crates, leashes, harnesses, collars, potty pads, dog and cat treats (unopened, please), bleach, disinfectant wipes, etc.  Music…giveaways…prizes…come out for this FREE event!

Dozens of not-for-profit agencies will be on hand answering questions and giving out swag! Bring Fido…this event is pet-friendly!
