Women’s Self-Defense Class

SAFE – is a Women’s Basic Self-Defense course. Specially-trained LSCO crime prevention specialists conduct this program just for the ladies – all ages; teenagers and up. We spend part of the class going over personal safety, situational awareness and case study. You will also learn techniques you can perform, if you ever feel threatened or face a potential assault.

This class is free! Please wear comfortable clothing for participating in the practical exercises.

We are located in Suite 190 in Miromar Outlets off Corkscrew Road in Estero. Our Suite is near the northwest corner of the mall near the mall offices and the WINK playground.
